We will not use the information you provide for promotional purposes. 

There's a subscription plan built for every level.

We mainly cover events in Hampton Roads, Virginia (area code 757) including:

• Virginia Beach
• Chesapeake
• Norfolk
• Portsmouth
• Suffolk
• Hampton and
• Newport News

We also include occaisional events in Williamsburg and larger events up to Dominion Raceway in Woodford, Virginia and Richmond, VA.

We currently average about 60 events per month, with new events being added and verified weekly.

We feature the full scope of events including:

The season runs from April to October. All plans convert to a free plan during the off-season (November to season-opening events), and you will keep access to the reduced number of events.

You will receive an email notification before billing resumes with a reminder to verify your billing info.

For the most current updates, we strongly recommend checking the organizers social media pages before leaving the house. Links are provided in the event listings.

We will not remove an event that has been canceled/postponed as there can be sync delays and confusion over disappearing events.

Instead, we will update the event title with ❌ or ⚠️, remove the embedded address link, and update the Note section. We will also send an email alert when needed to the email address you provide during checkout. 

All events are verified weekly through several verification steps.

1. Facebook events automatically pull event details from the organizer, and Instagram events are manually verified at the time of listing.
2. Before posting the events to our weekly flyer, we re-verify the info is still correct.
3. When we post our weekly flyers on Instagram, we tag the event organizers which invites them to re-verify the details of their event.

• If a correction needs to be made, we update it in the calendar immediately, post it in the comment section of the weekly flyer, and send an email if syncing delays occur.

While we do our best to provide accurate details, we strongly recommend following the event organizers on social media for last-minute updates.
